Luxury, Comfort and Incredible Location

5 of 5
Our family enjoyed six nights at this lovely home and would recommend it to nearly anyone! Truly beautiful from the inside out. The mountain views and prime location on the lake are gorgeous and made for very enjoyable evenings on the decks over some wine. The inside is so clean and luxurious. We hope to return again in January for a ski trip :)

Right on the slope!

5 of 5
It was a great stay. House is very clean & cosy. Doesn't feel like a rental at all. Nice outdoor space with desk and location is just excellent! it's 5 min walking distance to the slope& zip line. We want to come back in winter! Thanks a lot!

Great Proximity to Hunter Mountain Lodge

4 of 5
I rented this house last year over New Year's Eve with a group of 10 for a skiing/snowboarding trip. The house is incredibly close to the base of Hunter Mountain, and not far from downtown Hunter and Tannersville, which was a huge perk. The hot tub and the two fireplaces were also fantastic, as we were able to squeeze everyone in the hot tub comfortably. While there were plenty of rooms/beds, the kitchen was on the smaller side, which made it harder for everyone to sit down for a meal together. Additionally, It's definitely a log cabin as advertised. The bedroom walls are incredibly thin so you can hear everything in the house, and the overall decor is a little more rustic than I prefer. Overall, we had a great time and the house was sufficient for our needs, but we most likely will look for a more "updated" house for NYE 2015 due to personal preferences.
