Great Stay

5 of 5
Well worth the price, especially for a weeks stay. I don’t review much, only when I’m really pleased. While not perfect, there is nothing about my stay that would stop me from renting this apartment again. Lets start with the cons, they are superficial (There are a few) - -There was no toilet paper when we arrived -Both television remotes didn’t work -The outlet situation left a lot to be desired Now, here is why my cons don’t matter, -There is a Duane Reade right across the street, we got TP there. -We never watched the TV anyways... why would you? You are in NYC!!! -I brought an extension cord, so we only needed 1 good plug! :-) The Pros: -Great Location -Duane Reade right across the street -Starbucks right around corner -Subway REALLY close by -Door Man learns your name fast and greets you with a smile -Comfy bed(s) -Great shower -Affordable prices for NYC Traveler tip - I suggest you bring your own towels and clean up after yourself, it makes Aia’s (Owners) job of preparing for the next guest go a lot faster.

Would definitely recommend to anyone!

My string quartet and I stayed here for a week while we did a program at the Manhattan School of Music (conveniently located two subway stops away). It was a wonderful apartment with many amenities not expected of New York City (i.e. dishwasher, elevator, washer/dryer, 2 bathrooms, etc.)! Benoit was a wonderful host and gave us great recommendations on restaurants and also walked us through the apartment when we arrived. The apartment was very clean and also spacious with everything you would need when staying away from home. It's very close to two different subway stops and the express gets you to midtown in about 15 minutes. I would definitely consider staying here again because not only was the apartment great and conveniently located, but also reasonably priced!
