Recent Financial District Reviews

We really enjoyed every minute

5 of 5
We had just sadly moved away from NYC in the summer of 2014. We came back for my husband to run the marathon. We were Upper West Siders and were very skeptical to stay in the Financial District. We ended up enjoying it thoroughly. The apartment is nicely situated to enjoy everything from Manhattan to Brooklyn with everything super close. And the subway is steps away. That is huge. The apartment its self is lovely and well equipped. Very clean and comfortable. And to top it all off the management company and owners are top notch. We had a bit of an issue with some unexpected construction on the building and they were more than accommodating to make sure we were taken care of. I would most definitely stay here again and recommend it to any of my friends. And make sure you enjoy the roof top....it is pretty cool. Enjoy!

Perfect for a family or group - great location.

4 of 5
Pros: Perfect for up to six people. Comfortable beds and useable kitchen. Great access to subways and grocery stores. Responsive property managers. Residential building that is mostly quiet (noise from a party did not bother us). Cons: Needs updating (old rugs; two bedrooms have folding doors, which do not fully close). Expensive, but so is everything in NYC. Go for it -- you'll enjoy it!

Picture Perfect New York Apartment!

5 of 5
I'm very familiar with New York apartments and hotel rooms, and this beautifully laid-out one bedroom was a delightful surprise. Clean as a new pin when I arrived, the amenities were top-notch. Great art deco building (same architect as the Empire State I learned), close to subway, Wall Street, 9/11 Memorial, South Street Seaport (TKTS!) and more! With a little market next door, and Starbucks down the street, I settled in to the neighborhood quickly, and was very reluctant to leave... Too cold to hang out on the rooftop, but my daughter did use the workout facilities and proclaimed them more than adequate! I have no compunction in recommending this property. Luis was a delight to deal with, and answered all my questions!
