Charming studio in a great location!

5 of 5
Rod was a great host. We had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The studio was clean and looked as the pictures did! Tucked behind a beautiful courtyard, the space was quiet and at time in the heart of my favorite part of the city! Would stay again.

Great location!

5 of 5
Rod was quick to respond to my inquiry and all info I needed was clearly given. The space was clean and comfortable! And I was thrilled on the location in the heart of the East Village. And because it is tucked back after a pretty courtyard its easy to get a good night rest. Would most definitely return. Thanks again!

Incredible East Village get away

5 of 5
We visit New York on a regular basis and usually stay in mid town. But we were looking for more of a neighborhood, for our Xmas visit and fell in love with this Shul turned into a magnificent home, which provided a large and interesting space to spend a week in. The owner has done an incredible job of renovating this space in the heart of the East Village. The house is beautifully maintained, and the pictures on the site do not do it justice. The kitchen is very well equipped and huge, and easy to cook in, and the dining room is vast. The beds are very comfortable. The house easily sleeps 7-8. Victoria, who manages the property, was extremely helpful and always accessible. The neighborhood is great - wonderful restaurants (all the recommendations were delicious and friendly - Lavagna , and Mogador especially), great little parks, interesting stores. We were visiting with a 7 year old who loved the neighborhood. We would definitely recommend this place and are already planning our next trip.
