A truly memorable and relaxing family vacation

5 of 5
Just returned from a wonderful 2 weeks in this hip home. It's located in a quiet walking/biking neighborhood, with tennis, yet very close to downtown East Hampton and world-renowned Main Beach! The wall of windows within the comfortable living/dining room make the whole house feel light and bright. The home is furnished nicely and stocked well for the convenience of cooking in the open kitchen. Sitting on the back deck and swimming in the pool offer complete privacy. Working with Alex and securing the rental was a breeze. This was a joy for my family and we look forward to visiting again!

The only true vacation in the entire year!

5 of 5
We rented this quaint place for the third year already! It is well kept and has all amenities to truly relax and recharge. Even our teenagers love to come along with us for this part of the summer. One plays tennis near by, the other hangs out with friends by the pool, and we all love the BBQs and the long summer nights by the lighted pool listening to crickets - doing nothing at all. We will definitely come back!

“Water Delight, Yes It Was!"

5 of 5
We spent a great vacation (four of us-including my husband, daughter and her husband ) and truly enjoyed “Water Delight" in East Hampton. It was actually an appropriate name, "Water Delight", because there was a lot of water to enjoy including views from the bedrooms and front deck, swimming and kayaking. My daughter ran each morning along the road that borders Three Mile Harbor and down to Sammy's beach and we all enjoyed kayaking a few steps away. We also had a relaxing time just sitting around the pool, grilling, reading a book in the hammock and enjoying at the pool house and the bar. We did go to Atlantic Beach daily after the crowds which was under 10 minutes drive. It was a real fun house for adults and probably would work well for teenagers too. My daughter and her husband would go up to the upper deck during the day or in the evening and feel that they felt totally somewhere far away. I liked waking up and looking out of bed at Three Mile Harbor with the early morning sun shimmering on the water. The view is not total but because of the tree growth upward; what probably had been a great view from the second floor living room is now a view from the bedrooms. We really enjoyed time at the house. Thank you to our hosts for the great time!
