The Perfect Adirondack Holiday Retreat!

5 of 5
If you are looking for a beautiful lakeside Adirondack Lodge- this is it. We stayed for the holiday week (12/25/14-1/1/15) and every detail was just as advertised! Beautifully appointed interior... classic Adirondack theme with a few modern touches to keep it fresh and special... a gorgeous kitchen with everything I needed to prepare a holiday meal... and ever-changing views of the lake/mountains. We especially enjoyed waking to the lake icing over night, and seeing a bald eagle pass by a few times. We highly recommend staying at this beautiful home. A great get-away, retreat and convenient location to home base for excursions into Saratoga, Lake George, etc. Thanks for sharing your home... we hope to be back to experience it in the summer!

Idyllic house on the Great Sacandaga Lake

5 of 5
Foxrun is the perfect house for large groups. The house is huge and well equipped. The beds are extremely comfortable and the owners were thoughtful enough to stock the kitchen with all the pots, pans and utensils one could want. On rainy days, there are plenty of things to keep one amused including a pool table, board games and two enormous tvs. The surrounding area is so beautiful and from the top of the property you can see the Great Sacandaga Lake and the rolling hills. I cannot wait to return.

We'll be back next year......

5 of 5
We were overwhelmingly pleased with the accommodations at the cottage. It everything promised and more. From the boat rides on the lake , the fishing lessons in the cove (sorry about your reel) to the homemade peanut butter pie, Phyllis and Marino could not have been more hospitable. We look forward to our next visit and plan on making a stay at the cottage an annual event.
