Great Apartment in Upper West Side

4 of 5
This apartment was very clean and great for a weekend get away. Cindy was very helpful and attentive to our needs. There were some shower toiletrees, a hair dryer, and towels provided. Overall it was a great place if you are looking to be up and out of the busy midtown action but close enough that you can get there in a cab or subway ride.

What a great find!

My wife and two adult children stayed in the Apartment on the 4th floor. It started with Vasili meeting us at the front door when we arrived. Vasili is an incredible host. He is there if you need him, but it is not necessary since everything was provided. He provided local hot spots, grocery stores, local transit maps, etc. The apartment was quiet, clean and comfortable. You feel right at home as soon as you enter. On our second day a plate of chocolate cookies mysteriously appeared on our kitchen table. Vasili also welcomed us to any baked good we found in the common kitchen. Harlem felt safe. We took the subway after the theater at 12:00 midnight on two separate occasions. . The only scary part of our walk from the subway was it was so quiet. We found the locals to be more welcoming and engaging than our midtown experience. A grocery store is just two blocks away. Restaurants are not plentiful, but of great quality. Boulevard was highly recommended by Vasili. He was not wrong. The food was out of this world.

Great place, wonderful people.

Very welcoming people, enjoyed their company but had plenty of privacy as they went about their everyday life. Affordable, clean alternative to a hotel stay. Charming cafe a few blocks away, and of course Central Park is right there. I would definitely recommend a stay here.
