A gem in the Finger Lakes! Near Ithaca!

5 of 5
This is a special property in the Finger Lakes, a short drive from Ithaca. The description is accurate but a little to modest. While this cabin and guest house have rustic charm, they are beautifully decorated, nicely furnished and built for a get-away. We had a large extended family group and their was plenty of room for all. Even when the rain came, folks settled in to rockers on the covered porch. Whether you want to kayak on the lake, sit on the deck overlooking the lake, gather round the fire pit, grill on the porch or play pool in the lower level of the main cottage, you can do it all at Cayuga Cabins. And it is all just a short drive from Cornell/Ithaca. The owners are terrific to deal with -- they have the rental process down to a science and provided useful and helpful information as our rental time approached. My only reluctance at leaving this (well-deserved) positive review is that this property may be more difficult to book in the future!

Cozy cottage with a great view

5 of 5
This cottage was just what my wife and I were looking for. We stayed for a long weekend in early October with our Newfoundland and loved every minute. The cabin is rustic but has everything you'll need to stay comfy and a lot of extras including 3 decks, a fire pit, rope swing, bikes, kayaks and a fantastic view of the lake. We will definitely be coming back.
