          Perfect vacation.

Main log cabin is beautifully decorated like a log cabin should be, moose head, lanterns, rustic furniture but sooo comfortable. Enormous table fit all 12 of us. Kitchen well stocked, coffee pot and kcup! Lots of outdoor seating, fire pit and grill. Guest house simpler but comfortable for our grown daughters, 17-20 (4). Owner is terrific and quick to respond. If have elderly or real young, the water is many steps down, across railroad tracks (a train came by) and, therefore, the return trip back to the house can be a bit strenuous. Nice canopied landing to sit under that overlooks the lake. We hiked many gorges, ate and laughed all together as a family being so close in proximity on one property. Private. Lovely, spacious and comfortable. Many Thanks. Great vacation.

Cozy cottage very close to lake

          5 of 5
We stayed in this cute little cabin for our honeymoon. The cabin was fully set up with towels, linens, and kitchen appliances and utensils. There is a short staircase to the lake. We enjoyed relaxing on the dock and kayaking everyday (boats included). The cabin is near other houses but we never noticed this. It was very private! It is located very close to downtown Ithaca, so it would be perfect for graduations and other events happening in town. We hope to come back!!

This Place is a Cozy Little Retreat from the Day to Day Grind....

We just stayed at the Cabin over the past weekend. Nancy and Rick the owners are Fantastic they left detailed information about everything at the cabin and were available by phone if we had any questions. The interior of the cabin is beautiful the wood work is incredible. There are Kayaks available to go out on the lake. We had 3 sunny days here and watching the sun set from this porch is incredible the colors in the sky were breath taking. The kitchen is stocked with all the pots, pans, dishes, that you may need. Small decks cascade down the hill to the water. Thanks so much or a lovely stay....
