Amazing spot!

5 of 5
Rented this house to propose to my girlfriend at sunset on Saratoga Lake. The owner was great about everything before, during and after my stay. The views of the lake are amazing, and the place was spotless. Would love to go back in a heartbeat!

UH-MAZZZZZING!!!! LOVED IT!!!

5 of 5
Went with my husband and had a great time. We learned how to fish and I caught my first bass it was amazing!! We went to the town of Saratoga and experienced all of the beautiful little shops and scenery. The horse track was a blast we had so much fun. There is so much to do at the track with live music food stands the atmosphere was the best. I bet on my first horse and won it was so exciting. Did so many water activities from canoeing to kayaking, fishing, went on a pontoon boat, and sail boat, learned how to drive the run about boat, their are bike trails and a drive-in movie theater and on a rainy day the outlets in lake George are only a 20 minute ride away. The town of Balston Spa was gorgeous with tons of little shops and food places and antique shops. Balston spa was modern with a twist of old which made it so lovely. You have to get fresh fruit and pies from the farm stands in town. Their are tons or restaurants or you can bring your own stuff and cook right in the cottage it came fully equip wit ha BBQ and all. The lake house is so very quaint had so much room it was clean quiet and comfortable. The owners are extremely hospitable and take very great care of the place. Their was a beautiful dock to watch the most amazing sunsets from and a fire pit to sit out relax and toast marshmallows. The neighbors are all so friendly and make you feel a part of the small fathom drive community. Cant wait to go back booking my trip right away would love to go during the prime time horse race season and experience that too. BEST VACATION EVER!! and it hardly cost a thing to enjoy so much!

peaceful and comfortable

4 of 5
We have stayed at Jack & Amy's place 3 times. Each time, we enjoy it more. We walk everywhere in town and really enjoy the peace their place provides. Don't hesitate to rent this place by the week or long-term. It would be a great place for a student or teacher. P.S. Don't take the weeks we want. We will be back!
