Perfecta. Recomendable

4 of 5
La casa era tal cual aparecía en las fotos. Perfecta para una estancia agradable de un grupo de 6 personas adultas. El barrio tranquilo y seguro. Bien comunicado con Manhattan. Da mucha tranquilidad tener al propietario en la misma casa.

A VERY NICE PLACE!!!

4 of 5
We have only positive things to say about our stay. Thank you Avion, you made the booking process go smoothly. Your prompt response also very much appreciated! The suite itself: Kitchen and bathroom-excellent. Layout- well thought out! Decor- inspirational! Hustle and bustle of citylife on the outside, sense of calm and quiet on the inside. Although neighbourhood is close to city hub, the street itself could easily be in Carroll Gardens/Cobble Hill. Pride of ownership evident in the surrounding homes. Grocery store (Brooklyn Fare) in walking distance. Great suite, great street, great management!

It was great.

5 of 5
Five stars may be a tad high, but four is clearly too low. On the plus side. Clean, comfortable, Welcoming neighborhood. Every amenity we could ask for within 3 blocks: subway (A Train, express stop, 20 minutes to Manhattan), supermarket, wine shop, restaurants and more. Reasonably priced. Well stocked with towels, clean linens. Kenny supplied us with lots of super-useful info in advance ... how to get there, how to get around the neighborhood, etc ... and quickly felt like a friend-rather-than-manager in making sure we had all we needed. On the minus side. Small saucepans made it tight to cook for 4 -- can't imagine trying to do so for 8. A couple minor maintenance glitches (bedroom door that wouldn't latch, missing light bulb). Where in the world does all the bad-press about New Yorkers come from? People all around the city went out of their way to be helpful: not only to us (as obvious tourists) but also to one another.
