Fantastic!

Beautiful apartment, just like the pics! Owner was sweet, accomodated early arrival. Found parking on the street and felt very safe. This is a second floor apartment in a traditional NYC brownstone. I'm sure we'll be back!

Courteous and professional owner

5 of 5
This review is for the very kind and professional property owner (we wound up not staying here because friends offered us a place to stay in the meantime). Susan was very agreeable during our telephone conversations and email exchange and was extremely courteous and understanding. We were very much looking forward to staying in her apartment, were it not for our friends' offer, which came between my initial contact and when the contract arrived by email. We hope to stay there on our next visit to Brooklyn, and will definitely pass this favorite listing on to family and friends.

4 nights, sight seeing with family

5 of 5
Good neighborhood, walked the streets day and night without concern. I used the included parking spot in front and my brother parked on the street, no problem. We did not use our cars much as we walked to restaurants and the subway to Manhattan was an easy 10 minute walk three blocks up and one block over. I'm happy to report that in four days I did not see a single bug or critter in the house or neighborhood however we drove to Connecticut to pickup my daughter and saw a deer! I sat on the front porch for a bit and watched people go by mostly walking their dogs. Neighbors were quiet in fact I never heard a peep from them day or night. On Monday night we got take out at Khan's Gyro and Fried Chicken on Bath street. When my brother arrived and I told him about it he wanted some so we had it again on Wednesday night, good stuff! Mikhail does not mention it but he has a VOIP phone in the apartment so when I had to call a customer about some issue back home in London I used it for free instead of making the 10 minute call on my cell at $1.30 a minute. Bonus! All good, very nice stay. PM London Ontario Canada
