Gorgeous! Spa Like Master Bedroom Suite

                  5 of 5
We rented the house for a few end of summer days with another couple. The house is private because it is at the end of the road, with fabulous views in every direction. The master bedroom is it's own spa with vaulted ceiling, beautiful views from all the windows, amazingly appointed in every way including the lovely bathroom with whirlpool tub and views from their as well. Very romantic!. We cooked several meals on the back deck that has a great grill, and then we had dinner in the gazebo, which is lovely and screened in. The gazebo overlooks the koipond and the water fall. At night what a star lit ski! We loved the local farmer's market, went Kayaking at Susan's Pheasant form...Rented bikes at Plattekill and did the leisurely Rails to Trail instead of the mountain biking. Great little restaurant in Roxbury called The Public. All in all it was a great experience and Jen an excellent host. We would totally come again...hopefully this autumn to enjoy all the fireplace's in the house and leaf peeping with the views!

                  The Most Thoughtful Owner, Ever!

                  5 of 5
We rented the home for a Warrior Dash weekend in the Catskills for a group of women and the home could not have been more perfect. The house was absolutely lovely, just like we expected from the photos, but what is different about this location is the thought the owner puts in from a renter's perspective. Upon arrival, we called the owner and she lives nearby so she swung down to give us a walk through - including light switches you might not find, extra small appliances in the kitchen cabinets, even to show you where she keeps the games for your entertainment. There is also a detailed binder with information on anything you might need. If you have kids or it's a rainy day - there is plenty to do, even though we didn't need to make use of it. The house is immaculate and well-appointed. If you cook when you rent, this is one of the best rentals you'll run into. It's a newly refurbished kitchen, and is stocked with pretty much anything you'll need. Two coffee pots, a blender or two, whisks, measuring implements, a zester, bowls, even kitchen basics in the pantry you might have forgotten. In addition to be in charge of the rental, I also volunteered to be the weekend's cook and was super-pleased at how easy the house made that for me. We made great use of the fire pit - again, starters and logs at the ready made it easy to get it going. Hoping I'll be back - thanks, Jen!
