                    Wow!

                    5 of 5
The title says it all. The property was even better than advertised. It provided our family a wonderful respite in the woods. Mornings we enjoyed watching the mist disappear from the reservoir and the nearby peaks; days we explored all of the towns, trails and lakes in the area and nights were spent barbecuing, playing games and sitting the deck watching countless stars. The house and well kept up grounds lend themselves to relaxing and enjoying nature. The house had every needed amenity and beds were extremely comfortable. Check in/ check out was smooth and the owners were very accommodating to our every request. As much as we would selfishly like to keep this gem hidden for ourselves, we have to highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to enjoy the Catskills.

                    Best vacation ever!!!

                    5 of 5
We had a great vacation and definitely want to do it again! The property is beautiful with magnificent views and lots of grass and wild flowers with paths that our kids were able to run between. We also had a great time picking flowers with them. The cabin is clean and very well maintained with all the necessary amenities. Its rustic look is very charming. I definitely recommend this place especially if you are looking to totally zone out. It's really private. The owner is really helpful and answered all of our questions and gave us great advice.

The cabin is beautiful and so is the property

The time that we spent at the cabin was wonderful. The log home is beautiful and the house and kitchen are very well supplied with everything you need (feels like home - plenty of soaps, towels, kitchen supplies, sandwich bags, etc.). This is good because the cabin is quite remote and it's a real hassle to run to the store if you forgot something. This is definitely a weekend or week vacation house where you want to shop on the way there, and then plan to kick back and relax for the rest of your vacation. We enjoyed great challenging hiking on nearby trails as well as relaxing on the deck with some drinks as we watched the sun set. There were no houses in view from the front deck, which made the cabin feel even more remote that in actually is (there are neighbors nearby, but not within sight). After the sun set, we retired to the outdoor fire circle with a roaring fire. The owner has crafted wonderful rustic benches around the stone fire circle. We had a great weekend getaway and will definitely try to come back to this "cabin." We would recommend it to any of our friends too!
