Great house!

5 of 5
We had a wonderful time here. The house was perfect - clean, cozy and charming. It is close enough to town and the village but far enough away to really be away from it all. Had some wonderful star-gazing that we wouldn't have gotten had we been closer to town. I would highly recommend the property and would definitely stay again. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Beautiful, well equipped home in nature

5 of 5
From meeting Mr Ginter upon arrival to checking out we were thrilled with the property. A beautiful historic home with cool old features but all the newest amenities nestled in the woods. The location is remote and beautiful- no one anywhere close. A creek on the property and a plethora of hiking trails surrounding we got to hike to ponds and waterfalls and enjoy fire pits (yes there is more than 1!) at night... Kitchen is stocked as you would stock your own. Perfect location to get away from it all- we highly recommend it! Thank you gant!

Gorgeous house, beautiful views

5 of 5
This was a lovely house that has been lovingly restored and renovated to a high standard. It had all the mod cons and three beautiful bedrooms with quality linens and plenty of storage space. The owners really have thoughts of everything to make your stay comfortable. The views from the front rooms looking over the lake were absolutely stunning and we had a very restful stay. The area is quiet and it was great to have the bikes to ride around the town. It was a good base for exploring the surrounding mountains and the house would be a delight to stay in at any time of the year.
