                          Paradise in he Adirondacks!

                          5 of 5
This summer was our sixth year at this property. Our family looks forward to our stay all year long and when we have to leave, we look forward to visiting again. Upon arriving we are immediately transported into a state of relaxation. The place is inviting and spotless and the property is maintained beautifully. Whether drinking our first cup of coffee on the porch, kayaking or fishing on the lake, making dinner in the well designed kitchen, or sitting around the fire pit in the evening, this place is quite amazing. We have been to various other properties in the Adirondacks and non compare. We love to hike and have completed many different hikes in the region. Most are a short drive away. On rainy days we have enjoyed taking a ride to Lake Placid which is an hour away. I highly recommend this property.

Loved our summer vacation at Camp Pair-o-Docks!

                          5 of 5
We had an amazing week at the Camp! The house is beautiful and comfortably slept our whole family (6 adults + 3 kids). The house itself feels new, with beautiful wooden floors / beams, and is well furnished. The views from the house are terrific - the master bedroom has water on two sides and gets great light, and similarly the main living area and downstairs bedrooms have views of the lake as well. The house sits on Lake Paradox, ~4.5 mile long lake - there are other houses on the lake but in general it is pretty quiet. The lake is fairly shallow so is quite warm, perfect for swimming and other activities. We rented a boat and did a ton of water skiing and fishing, as well as kayaking and lounging on the swim rafts. The house sits on 320 acres with some good walking trails behind the house (kids loved swimming in the "waterfall" up the hill). Hiking Severance Hill leads to nice views, and you are not far from the High Peaks. The caretaker, Bob, was nice and very responsive as well. No complaints from us, we would definitely go back!

                          "Fun Family Vacation"

                          5 of 5
My sisters and I grew up visiting Lake George every summer, making it a very special place for us. This was an opportunity for us to be all together to make even more memories with the whole family!! This was our first time staying at the house. It was so much more than we expected. It was in the perfect location - close to everything (Attractions) and yet private. The owners were very helpful and accommodating. The house was spotless and very comfortable!!! The kitchen was fabulous - living room spacious enough for all of us to sit and play board games around the coffee table. The grounds were well maintained and a beautiful view of the Lake. It was great on those warm mornings and evenings to walk out and take a dip in the pool. Loved the back porch; whether we were having a peaceful morning coffee or the whole family enjoying a BBQ dinner. We had the best time!! After staying here, I would definitely suggest staying at this property. We are looking forward to staying there again on our next Family Vacation!!! Laura/Rosalie/Stephanie, SI, NY (August 2013)
