              Paradise in he Adirondacks!

              5 of 5
This summer was our sixth year at this property. Our family looks forward to our stay all year long and when we have to leave, we look forward to visiting again. Upon arriving we are immediately transported into a state of relaxation. The place is inviting and spotless and the property is maintained beautifully. Whether drinking our first cup of coffee on the porch, kayaking or fishing on the lake, making dinner in the well designed kitchen, or sitting around the fire pit in the evening, this place is quite amazing. We have been to various other properties in the Adirondacks and non compare. We love to hike and have completed many different hikes in the region. Most are a short drive away. On rainy days we have enjoyed taking a ride to Lake Placid which is an hour away. I highly recommend this property.

Loved our summer vacation at Camp Pair-o-Docks!

              5 of 5
We had an amazing week at the Camp! The house is beautiful and comfortably slept our whole family (6 adults + 3 kids). The house itself feels new, with beautiful wooden floors / beams, and is well furnished. The views from the house are terrific - the master bedroom has water on two sides and gets great light, and similarly the main living area and downstairs bedrooms have views of the lake as well. The house sits on Lake Paradox, ~4.5 mile long lake - there are other houses on the lake but in general it is pretty quiet. The lake is fairly shallow so is quite warm, perfect for swimming and other activities. We rented a boat and did a ton of water skiing and fishing, as well as kayaking and lounging on the swim rafts. The house sits on 320 acres with some good walking trails behind the house (kids loved swimming in the "waterfall" up the hill). Hiking Severance Hill leads to nice views, and you are not far from the High Peaks. The caretaker, Bob, was nice and very responsive as well. No complaints from us, we would definitely go back!
