Beautiful House, Beautiful Space!

5 of 5
I stayed in this beautiful home for three days in late October and absolutely loved it. It was just as advertised but the pictures can't really do it justice as the house is beautifully appointed, very clean and upscale. The silence is the most amazing thing, I don't think more than one car drove by the entire time, the view from the deck is just so beautiful, you hate to leave. The owners were very responsive and welcoming. That said, the house is a ways from town so if peace and solitude is what you're looking for, this is the house for you. Would definitely return if possible and recommend to family and friends.

Couldn't ask for a better place to rejuvenate, relax and unwind....

5 of 5
My husband and I arrived uptight, stressed out and badly in need of a vacation. It has been four years since we went away together. After starting a new business and working seven days a week not only did we NEED this place, we had yearned for something like it. At first look we thought we had turned into a trailer park, but once you get past the front gate, you walk into a peaceful oasis. The shrubs, tress, blooming flowers, jasmine and honeysuckle intoxicate the senses. Located along the banks of the Rio Grande, the house is a peaceful respite for the tired, overworked and weary. We unpacked, jumped into the healing waters and started to unwind. Heaven. Joining us were an immense variety of birds-giving us the joy of their songs singing to our souls. The house is equipped with everything you need, inclusive of a sweet kitty named Toad. Toad was especially wonderful for us, as we were missing our three dogs immensely. If I said we would like to buy this property, its an understatement. Here, we have found nirvana. We will be back-many times. Thank you Ken and Sally for providing such a serene, luxurious and amazing space. We will never forget this vacation.
