Good For Big Groups

4 of 5
I rented the cabin on a Spring Break ski trip for myself and five friends. We were very happy to find two comfortable futons to go along with the four beds, not to mention the additional fold-out sofa. So, highly recommended for larger groups like ours. The owner was quick to answer questions, and the cabin is in a good location, just a couple of minutes from town but still feels private and has good nature and wildlife views. We did have a few small complaints. One of the primary reasons we chose this cabin was for evening hot tubbing, but none of the lights on the back porch or in the tub were functional. Some of the living space furniture is in pretty rough shape, one easy chair was broken and the sofa needs some new cushions. Last complaint is that some of the glass and dish ware in the kitchen was not very clean. Despite those few things, we really enjoyed the place. Very cozy and well equipped to house six or even more.

Cute cabin near the slopes

5 of 5
This cabin was the perfect choice for a week snowboarding at Ski Apache! It is so close to the road up to the mountain which was great. It's in a little rustic-style neighborhood, but still has a "remote" feel to it. The neighbors homes aren't too close. It has everything you need to cook a good meal and relax after a day on the slopes. The hot tub is awesome! The owner was great to work with too.

Tim & Nancy Salazar

5 of 5
For our family of four we found the cabin to be clean and cozy during our Spring Break stay. We all slept comfortably and utilized the role away bed as well. The house was stocked with all the necessities. The only items we brought were food which we picked up at the local Walmart. The full kitchen allowed us to make our own meals and and save money for other activities. The view of Sierra Blanca was awesome from the porch. All the main attractions including Ski Apache, which we visited, were well within ease of driving. If staying in a hotel with no elbow room isn't your thing, definitely give this place a try. We definitely would stay here again.
