Spectacular View Enchanting Home Amazing Owners

5 of 5
There were 5 of us coming from various parts of the country each with "expectations". NONE of us was disappointed. Nicolle and Robert left nothing out when appointing this home. bejlieve me - if you forgot anything...no worries-its there for you. We enjoyed coffee on the deck each morning and cocktails each evening. The view is unbeatable. This property compares to both a 5 star hotel and restaurant. Dont feel like going to the store? No worries - they've got the pantry - fridge and wine bar stocked. Nicolle and Robert along with their four legged family are amazing hosts. Too bad the star ratings only go up to 5- they deserve many more.

Magical Trip!

5 of 5
This was our second trip to Taos and it was great! Jamie's little piece of heaven is a lovely setting and a perfect place for us...close enough to Taos, yet far enough away to really get a sense of the magic of the area. And most importantly....dog friendly : ) There was a total lunar eclipse of the moon while we were there and we had a front row seat from the upper balcony of the house. The house is very comfortable and special because from what we understand, Jamie built it--quite a feat! We love to hike and the Taos area does not disappoint. We went on some lovely hikes, enjoyed the plaza and meeting some of the local folks. And what is a vacation without some challenges. The last day, we had car trouble and Jamie was such a wonderful support. He had tools, supplies, expertise and contacts...all very important. He gave very generously of his time and resources. We truly appreciate him. We'll be back! Carolyn, Steve and Troy the wonder dog.

Bests Place to stay in Red River

5 of 5
The Texas TiPi is the best place for our family. We wanted to stay ON the river.. yet not IN town.. and this place is perfect! The home is very spacious and the views are amazing. Cooking lunch I could watch my kids out the kitchen window playing in the river. At night we played board games at the kitchen table (plenty of games already there) or the kids would play hide and seek. The Texas Tipi has just about everything you need already there. Thank you!
