Spent Month of May at "Sandia Heights Patio Home" and can recommend without reservation! Spacious, nicely furnished, fantastic location & on a practical note - most household supplies, linens, and kitchen needs generously provided. Comfortable beds and amazing storage & closet space! East & West Patios, oversized garage and a gas fireplace were just a few of the strong "extras". Hosts provided a wealth of information on the area. Very helpful. As for Albuquerque - we loved it. Our location allowed easy access to parks, shopping, Old Town, dining & museums. We were within view of the Sandia Peak Tramway - a must. Also, don't miss the Elena Gallegos Park. Closeby & offers a variety of trails suitable for either a casual walk, or, for the more adventurous, a challenging wilderness exploration. "Land of Entrapment" really should be the state's motto. We were reluctant to leave and anxious to return.
