Best Place for AC Getaway

5 of 5
I stayed here to do a gathering for my mom's 60th birthday. The entire process from getting it booked to our stay to the return of the deposit was hassle-free. The home was beautiful, the place was very easy to find and close to AC's attractions. The home is very spacious and the rooms are excellent. There are balconies off every room and even an elevator in the home. (Yes an elevator!!) All the amenities are quite impressive. The kitchen is beautiful with its all stainless steel appliances, the showers are spacious and modern. Everything was really above my expectations, I will definitely revisit this location when it's warmer out so I can take advantage of the beautiful rooftop deck. If you are going to AC with friends...don't waste your money on an expensive hotel, stay at this clean reasonably priced townhome and I'm certain you will truly enjoy your experience!

Great Vacation

5 of 5
We had a great time here. My husband and I, my parents, my sister and brother-in-law, my 1.5 year old nephew and 2 year old golden retriever all fit extremely comfortably. The best part was that not only was there a room for each couple, but a bathroom as well - extremely convenient. Everything good is within walking distance including a dog friendly beach not far down the road and a cute cafe about 3 blocks away. We went out for dinner maybe two nights, but cooked at the house the rest of the time. It had all the things we needed including a grill. House is connected to another half, which had a family with kids and a dog - we couldn't hear a peep the whole time. It would have been absolutely perfect if the backyard was grass instead of stone - but understandable for a beach house! It is beach front but beach is a short distance walk. Would definitely stay here again!

Our home way from home!

5 of 5
This was our third consecutive year at this location and it was better than ever! The location is absolutely wonderful with a great view of the inlet, the boats and the sunsets over the water! We took advantage of the kayaks that the owner provides to meander through the Cape May Harbor and the Cape May Canal. The owner provided a few bikes and we went to bike rides to the ocean and along the boardwalk each morning. We walked just a few hundred feet down the road and enjoyed a dolphin watching cruise that was fun for the kids and adults. We went to the Cape May Zoo one day (a must do) and went to the boardwalk at Wildwood where the kids enjoyed all the rides, food, and activities. And did I mention the ocean? We went there everyday. And as a bonus, the owner provides beach tags! As much fun as we had going places and doing things, our absolute favorite activity was just sitting on the deck at the house. It is so peaceful and beautiful. There is simply no other place in Cape May that allows you to enjoy the closeness of the ocean with the peacefulness of isolation. As has been our experience all 3 times, the house was immaculate when we arrived. We pulled up, entered the house, put our luggage and supplies in the elevator and unloaded everything on the second and third floors. With elderly folks in their 80's, the elevator is a great feature. But its also great when you arrive and when you leave. Who wants to carry luggage, coolers, etc. up one or two flights of stairs? We find the layout to work extremely well for our family. With 2 bedrooms on the second floor and three on the third floor, the home is spacious and easily accommodating for 10. The kitchen is great and along with the gas grill on the deck, we found it easy to eat many of our meals at home. The family room is an extension of the kitchen so the whole family easily mingled and hung out together. We can honestly say that after 3 years staying here, this place feels like home to us now. We can't wait to come back next year! The owners are the best! They always provide the best service and really care that their guests enjoy themselves. This year we got to meet them in person for the first time. They are absolutely wonderful people. Yes, we always enjoy ourselves here. But 2014 was the best...not the least of which the owners made happen themselves! We highly recommend staying here!
