Excellent pied à terre

Superbe vue. Très belle location. Près de tout. À 5 minutes du "PATH" ou du traversier pour se rendre dans le coeur de New York. Nous avons beaucoup aimé. On recommande sans hésitation.

Gorgeous view of Manhattan, right on the Hudson, and just minutes away (from NYC)!

We = two married couples; one couple with two kids (8-year-old & 1.5-year-old). This was a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom modern and immaculate apartment. It had a washer/dryer within the unit... 5-stars just for that (especially because of our young one!). The kitchen had all the necessities (pots/pans/plates/glasses/utensils). A grocery store, that some reviewers said was a bit pricey (and Target--about 5 blocks away) were close enough to stock up on coffee/milk or whatever you may need first thing in the morning. Two metro stops (called PATH in Jersey City) to get you to Manhattan. Both are within 5-7 minutes walking from the apartment. Cost is less than $3/person. Ride is quick... no more than 10 minutes. This is an absolutely great location (the view from the apartment was phenomenal). A car is not necessary (and I wouldn't recommend a taxi... that would cost a lot more and take longer than the metro ride). We were lucky enough to get this place a few days before the high season kicked in--the price was fantastic for 4 adults (and 2 kids). Some reviewers of this place (on other websites) criticized the "concierge" in this place. Ahhhh, the person is not a concierge, as this is NOT a hotel. The people working in the lobby are very kind and friendly, but their expertise is about the apartment building itself because that's what it is, an apartment/condo building, not a hotel. Don't ask for restaurant recommendations... that's what "Yelp" is for... and there is wifi in the apt., so you have no excuses. We would absolutely stay again. This is great for 2 couples, girls' getaway, elderly couples, families with kids/teenagers... 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, washer/dryer, TV with many cable channels for those late evenings in. I guess I can't say enough to praise this place. You would NEVER find a place close to this (in terms of amenities/price) in NYC. It's just across the Hudson River, within minutes from Manhattan. I HIGHLY recommend it! (By the way, we drove up from DC... there is no parking onsite. However, there is a garage, 2 blocks away, roughly $20/24 hrs. Again, much cheaper than parking in any garage in Manhattan.) You have the best of both worlds here... extreme comfort, great price, and proximity to the city. I hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did!

Great option for pet-friendly, clean rental in AC!

5 of 5
My husband and I, together with our dog, decided to take a last-minute weekend getaway to Atlantic City. Doreen was quick to respond to our inquiry. We booked online through HomeAway since it was so last minute and had to pay a small fee to do so. The place is bigger than it looks in pictures and the views are fantastic! It is situated on the top floor, so feels very quiet and secluded. The apartment was clean and safely secured. Casino's are about a one mile walk away. We easily walked there and then took an Uber cab on the way home. Mike, the property manager, met us when we checked in and was so helpful when we called him with internet problems. He also saved us when I accidentally locked our keys in the apartment! Overall, it was a great experience. I would definitely recommend it for those who want to avoid the expense of staying in a casino or who just want a nice, quiet place so they can bring their dog as well!
