Luxury and comfort

5 of 5
Twelve of us, all of a certain age, and a minimum of 48 years of friendship gathered to celebrate our birthdays. Initially we were looking for a resort as we had done in the past but luckily decided to rent Brian's Brigantine mansion. From the first e-mail to the final check in it was an excellent and easy transaction. Questions were answered at once and a special request agreed to immediately. Being together to reminisce, dine, play games and cheer the Eagles on to victory was homey fun but in luxurious accommodations. There is room inside and out for large groups, the photos do not do justice for the size of this home. Each bedroom and sitting area offer total comfort and personal space. Total comfort in total luxury. Would love to visit again!

Perfect Beach House

5 of 5
We have been coming to Cape May for over thirty years, and this is our third year in the Yellow House. The only thing that would make this house better is if it were located directly on the beach! Most importantly, it is clean, furnished very comfortably, has room enough for everyone, and the owners are most accommodating, and always available. The neighborhood is lovely. We had a wonderful week, sunny, gorgeous weather, great meals from our favorite restaurants.....breakfast at Dock Mike's and Mad Batter.....lunch at Zoe's, Tisha's, Bella Vida.....dinner at the Washington Inn, the Merion, and Lobster House. My friend recommended the chocolate milkshake for dessert at the Lobster House. Oh my, if you want to think you died and went to heaven, try it. Shopping is always a delight at the Washington Street Mall, West End Garage, and Congress Hall. Morning coffee and a good book on the second floor screened in porch is one of my favorite things. Beach chairs, bikes, grills etc. are added conveniences. Our decision to stay in the Yellow House was originally based on being able to take our dog, Sophie, who loves Cape May as much as we do. Thank you, Kevin, for your expertise in making available a perfect Beach House for dog lovers. Kevin goes the extra mile for his tenants, and you will want to do the same for him.

What a great place to spend time with our family!

5 of 5
We came to the Stockton Avenue cottage for our yearly family vacation. There were 17 of us, so we rented the entire house. Words can not convey how impressed we were with everything! The roominess and cleanliness of the house, and attentiveness of the owners were beyond our expectations! There was not one thing missing from the amenities or household supplies provided and the Solar's attention to every little detail make this property one of the best we've ever been to. Additionally, the Solar's provided comprehensive lists of restaurants, shopping, activities, etc. We toured the local winery and lighthouse and used the abundant supply of bikes provided to ride around the area and along the beach. While there are endless restaurants to chose from [and you must go to the Mad Batter for breakfast at least once], we mostly ate in; and the three fully equipped kitchens made preparation and clean up a breeze! It was wonderful just spending time together in the beautiful house, but even with so much space it was also easy to find quite time alone on one of the three porches or sitting areas. We plan on keeping this cottage on our short list of places for family vacations and look forward to returning again soon.
