Perfect for a Family. Safe and Affordable.

If you are looking for a LBI vacation at and affordable price, don't pass this place up! Featuring a boat dock that can accommodate a 25 foot boat right in the backyard, a massive deck with a table and chairs as well as a Weber BBQ Grill and 3 bedrooms its perfect for a family. Many Beach houses are run down. Not this one. The owner has invested a lot of money into this property. New Floors, New Deck, Washer and Dryer and Central Air. YES! I said Central Air. Not a semi working window unit. There is plenty of parking and room for a trailer if you have a boat or PWC. You can swim right in the backyard if you want and its it perfect if you own a kayak. The house is on the Mainland in Beach Haven West and is a short ride to LBI. Beach passes to Ship Bottom are included in the rental. Ship Bottom is the 1st beach you hit when you go over the bridge. The area is quiet. The neighbors are very nice. There is a park a short walk down the street. There are board games and videos and plenty of closet space. Cable TV in each bedroom room and wireless internet access. The entrance is in the back of the house via sliding glass doors that lead out to the deck. The entire deck is low voltage lit at night so you can easily find your way around the property at night. There is even an outdoor shower head to rinse off with Hot water. The upstairs is the owners summer residence. He comes down on the weekend for the change over and leaves by Monday morning. He is a nice guy and goes out of his way to respect your vacation. Do I have anything negative to say about this property? No not really. It fit my needs perfectly. I could rent a run down rental unit on the Island for $3000 or more and have a miserable time or I can pay half the price and have a good time. The choice was pretty obvious.

Not much more I can say...The house was emaculate...It was very big as far as the rooms...plenty of bathrooms...The views from the back of the house are some thing you put on a post card...The nieghbor hood as well as the neighbors were great...I fit twelve people in the house and no one was bumping into each other...Great for crabing fishing and boating FLAT OUT the best vacation house I ever rented, and Ive rented several in the aea. I would recomend it for anyone OH and the owners were great
