Clean and absolutely gorgeous home

5 of 5
The house was absolutely gorgeous and so convenient to the golf course. It was so easy to just show up and feel like you were at home. The house had everything that was needed to cook and make you feel comfortable and relaxed. We had such a great time sitting on the back porch and watching the golfers go by after we had played plenty of golf ourselves. The group of golfers that stayed at the house with me had such a good time that they want me to book again for next year. The best part about the house was how clean it was and how accommodating the owner was. Thank you and I look forward to staying again next year.

Perfect home and location!

5 of 5
We LOVED this house! My husband and I stayed here for a week with our 4 kids ages 3-10. We've stayed at many VRBO houses in the past and this ranks as one of our favorites. The house was spotless and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with nice quality dishes and pots/pans. Very spacious and comfortable-we had lots of room to spread out. The kids enjoyed reading on the hammock outdoors and watching movies on the big screen TV. We spent an entire day enjoying the amenities of the community center. The pools were great and the kids loved the pond and paddle boats. We enjoyed hiking, biking and kayaking in the state parks and loved our visit to the Lost River Gorge. It was all an easy drive away from Campton. Thank you for sharing your home Nicole. We had a great time!

Peaceful, comfortable, convenient rental for family vacation

5 of 5
This was our first trip to Waterville Valley and we choose the perfect house for our stay. It is in a peaceful and convenient section of Waterville Valley. We only had a few other neighbors around us the entire week we were there and rarely saw them. The townhouse is very close to the rec center (staff is fantastic and give you plenty of pointers on hikes), fitness center and only a few minutes walk to the town square. In fact it is so close that the only time we used our car was to leave the valley or go over to the tennis center area. Speaking of tennis - if you enjoy playing then you should book a court here. The clay courts are beautiful and it was easy to get a court ($25/singles; $40/doubles per hour). While in the area be sure to take a hike along the Cascade Path (starts near the tennis/ski center) and spend some time at the local pond. If you want to head out of the immediate area, just head down the road about 10 minutes and take a hike on the Smarts Brook trail. Very family friendly and some nice swimming spots. If you just want mountain water, be sure to check out the stream that runs along RT 49. Kids and adults loved it. If you want an adventure out of town and the woods, then head up to Clark's Trading Post. This is only 25 or so minutes to the north and the entire family loved it. For all of your necessities you can get a few things in the town square country store but it does come at a premium. You will have to head down to Plymouth for groceries but that is only 25 minutes away. Last, but certainly not least (very important to us) the owner was great at communicating from the very beginning of the booking process to the end of our vacation. We have stayed in many different rentals in the past few years and this was the best communication we every had. We will certainly stay here again.
