GREAT WEEKEND TRIP

5 of 5
Great place to stay!! The pictures do not do this place justice. A group of 10 stayed comfortably here for a long weekend and it was amazing. So much for everyone to do, having the water right out side our door was a big plus. The owners were great and accommodated us wonderfully. Will definitely be back again.

EVEN BETTER THAN THE PHOTOS!!!!!!!

5 of 5
This was our first time renting through homeaway and we could not have asked for a better owner to work with. Communications were always prompt and detailed. If there was an issue or question, Charles was quick to respond. The pictures do not do this property justice. Amazing views from the deck and floor to ceiling windows in the great room. Kitchen had many items to use, lots of storage and nice countertops. We loved the sound system throughout the inside and outside of the house. The outside provided inner tubes, canoe, pedal boat and 2 giant floats that could be pulled from a boat. Fire pit and the seating was great for s'mores and ambiance. The deck had great views and lots of seating for outdoor eating or chatting. Conveniently located about 15 minutes from food shopping, gas, Dunkin Donuts, ice cream and a few restaurants. We loved that the pond was peaceful and not a lot of boaters/jet-skiers Thankful for the central air as our week was in the 90s and humid. It held 12 people comfortably and everyone said the beds were comfy too. We wanted the kids to enjoy and explore the outdoors so we created a scavenger hunt for them which was fun. The outside space was great for setting up badminton, bocce or other games. We spent 2 days going to North Conway for shopping and visiting Diana's Baths. If you go to Diana's Baths be prepared to walk about 15-20 min to get to it and there is some steep walking as you get to the top. We also drove down the Kangamangas and stopped along the road so the kids could go in the river. All in all it was a great house/vacation but our only complaint was that was too short! We took a drive around the pond and it is definitely one of the best houses.
