What a find !!! Perfection !!! Look no more!!

5 of 5
Our family of four has stayed a week on the lake every year for the past 10 years. This was our first time at this location. We have now found a place we want to be every year!!! The location is just perfect!!! It's close to the town of Wolfeboro for shopping, the grocery store, ice cream, etc. The cove is quiet and calm and the loons are so amazing to see and hear. The large dock is perfect for our boat, fishing, and hanging out. The cabin itself is very homey and spacious. The beds are very comfortable and there is ample parking. We enjoyed sitting on the screened porch in the evening and when there was a rainstorm you could still enjoy being outdoors. Gail is awesome to work with. She is very responsive and her and her family are very friendly people. She couldn't do enough for us while we were there. Would highly advise this rental. We hope to return every year. Thanks again !!

Can't wait to return next year!!

5 of 5
We just returned from our wonderful week at Lower Beech Pond. This lake house was everything that was promised by Carl and Erika. The house was very clean and comfortable, the beds comfortable, the wood floors beautiful, and the kitchen easy to work in. The wall of sliding glass doors overlooking the water open to beautiful breezes and a great view. It was as quiet as promised, which was a wonderful change from normal life, and made sleeping easy. We didn't see one mosquito for the entire week. Right down the street is a public (limited to association members and guests) beach area that is easier for small children and older people to use - and we used both. We had one rain day, and enjoyed the big screen TV in the living room, the ping pong table and board games. Downtown Wolfeboro is a short ride through beautiful countryside, and we enjoyed the shopping and ice cream cones with the lake view. My daughter found several gorgeous blouses at great prices, and the antique stores were especially fun. One evening, we drove to Moultonborough and had a live Jazz-trio dinner at Castle in the Clouds on the rose covered stone patio. We have already recommended this vacation rental to two different friends, and I know they'd have a great time. Carl was very honest and great to communicate with via email. Thank you again, and we hope to see you again next year!! Mary, Reilly, Laurena and Joann

Spacious Family Getaway

5 of 5
This lake house was the perfect spot for our large family. The gradual walk-in sandy beach was a must for our young grand children and the adults and older grandson enjoyed the dock and swimming to the raft. The expansive view across the lake from the dock, front yard and large screened in porch area was breathtaking. The spacious lake house was clean and well maintained with plenty of sleeping area for the 10 of us. We also enjoyed the modern conveniences of the dish washer, washer, dryer, internet and multiple televisions. The house was clean and well stocked for all our cooking needs and had a nice Weber Grill. The owner was very helpful and accessible should you need anything during the week. It was an easy ride to local restaurants and grocery stores in Center Harbor or Moultonborough and not far from hiking trails and the Castle In the Clouds. We have rented different size camps in the NH Lakes Region for the past seven years and as our family grew we outgrew other camps. This camp is has just what we need and we will definitely be returning to this lake property. You won't be disappointed. David & Martha North Hampton, NH
