Awesome friends or family retreat/bachelor ...

5 of 5
Rating Details: I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Awesome friends or family retreat/bachelor party spot Place was perfect size for the 15 of us for a bachelor party in September. Weather was perfect for sitting on the porch and grilling, and standing by the fire pit out front. Plenty of space for all of us, and we could have for more. Gas grill connected directly to house gas line for non stop grilling. One fridge upstairs and one fridge downstairs, perfect for lots of meat and beer. Easy rental, place was immaculate, plenty of cups, plates, cooking ware, etc. Might come back soon for a couples getaway, plenty of queen bed rooms. It's nice and private, if you're going in the winter make sure you have a good car to get up a dirt path in snow.

Beyond Expectations

5 of 5
Rating Details: I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Kinsman Chalet is perfectly appointed, clean and nicely positioned to make our stay most comfortable and relaxing. A recent renovation has given the house all crisp updates expected in a fine hotel while maintaining it original character and charm. The location is close enough to be accessible to all attractions yet far enough away from the hustle & bustle to enjoy the views and serenity of the White Mountains. The Realty company was very attentive and accurate in every way. We already highly recommended the Chalet to our friends; a terrific value without compromise. Manager responded on 9/1/2014: ;).

Fantastic 1850s Farmhouse

5 of 5
My friends and I rented this house while in town for a friend's wedding. We needed a place to sleep 11 people and this fit the bill perfectly. As other's have stated, the house is very well maintained, updated and clean. The kitchen is well stocked with plates, utensils, and cookware, which we took full advantage of. House has tons of character (as evidenced by the second floor). Pool table and wall of games are a nice touch. TVs are slightly antiquated (no HDMI inputs) for those that care. The drive up to the house is very pretty. I would note that Google Maps does not like the address of the house. You should try and make sure you map it out ahead of time as it can be a little tricky to find in the dark. I honestly have no complaints or suggestions to improve the stay.
