“The Best Vacation Yet!”

5 of 5
Review #9437300 This place is amazing – it was way beyond what I could have hoped for. It is more than just a rental, it was home! The owner's attention to detail was 5 stars. They thought of everything from high-end appliances to a wonderful Welcome Basket of goodies and a hand-written note. The bedrooms were very spacious with comfortable beds, closets, dressers and spectacular views. The Master has a King sized bed, walk-in closet (The closet was bigger than the bedroom I grew up in), flat screen TV, private office area and its own deck, perfect for morning coffee. My extended family was so impressed that they said they would be contacting Seabrook Sunset to book their future getaways. The house is close to everything, whether it’s the beach or the White Mountains, sight-seeing is made easy. Thank you doesn’t begin to express our feelings… This was easily the Best and most relaxing vacation ever!

Wonderful Get-a-way

5 of 5
My husband, myself and our black lab, Morgan, rented this wonderful place for a week, the first week of September 2014. It’s always hard for us to get away from work so this was a real treat for us. The weather was beautiful, and the house was lovely. The kitchen had everything you could want. We ate most meals on the upper deck overlooking the lake...ahhhh. Listening to the loons across the lake was wonderful. There is a dock, stone stairs into the lake and a stone bulkhead which are great. But the best thing is the sandy beach. You will need water shoes as you do in most lakes, but the big rocks did not start until you are about 10-15 feet into the water. Our dog loved splashing in the shallow water. We used the kayaks every day and having the beach made it easy to get in and out versus using a dock. We brought floats and it was so relaxing to just float around in the water. And there are several TVs and high speed internet access (a must for us in case work called). Don't forget to visit the Calef country store and order their delicious sandwiches. The ice cream shop nearby was great, Morgan especially liked that.

Oceanfront between Odiorne Point & Wallis Sands!

5 of 5
This meticulously cared for home is located in one of the desirable places along all of the New Hampshire coastline. "The Breakers" are an exclusive community of oceanfront homes located on the only street (a quiet horseshoe drive that cradles a private duckpond) on the ocean side of Ocean Blvd. between Odiorne Point State Park and Wallis Sands State Beach. This rental is one of those few homes that make up "The Breakers" and is right on the waterfront of the Atlantic Ocean. It is a peaceful and rare undisturbed portion of New Hampshire's seacoast with breathtaking views of sunrises over the ocean and the mesmerizing Isles of Shoals. Not only that, but because of it's rare location, it is only a short drive to downtown Portsmouth, a historical and upscale yet happening New England seaport city where there are an abundance of shops, restaurants, and forms of entertainment, in case one ever feels like leaving blissful serenity for just the right amount of cultured liveliness. I have had the pleasure of renting this home multiple times. I absolutely love the place!
