Great home away from home!

5 of 5
This home is situated in a nice neighborhood off the beaten path. It provided great proximity to our activities in Durham and Portsmouth. It is well provisioned for everything you'll need plus the thoughtful goodies to make you feel welcome were SO appreciated! We hope to use this comfortable home again when we are in the area and highly recommend it to any of you who are considering it. You will not be disappointed.

Great Choice

5 of 5
Our first time to the NE and this location is a good one. A few minutes from the sand, water, shops & restaurants. A short drive to everywhere. We cruised up the coast one day, to the mountains the next & spent the day in Boston the 3rd. This condo is very spacious & have a great kitchen. The bedrooms are private & each has a private bath. The parking is great because street parking fills up quickly. We enjoyed every bit of our visit & agreed we lucked out choosing this rental. We ate fresh lobster twins for $19 at Markie's Lobster Pool, bought fresh vegetables at the stand near there, enjoyed chowder at the Sea Ketch, fried clams up the coast, burgers in Lincoln, NH. My favorite eat in Boston was not in Boston at all but in Saugus (7 miles out) at a 70 year old oriental restaurant called Kowloon. This condo is newer too so very clean & quiet with modern comforts.

Magical Paradise

5 of 5
We recently spent our honeymoon at this tranquil, peaceful, beautiful home. We were greeted by Charles and was shown this magical home. We were immediately transformed from the hectic pace of planning a wedding to one of the most peaceful places on earth. The home was beautiful and homey. We didn't want to leave (we wanted to take the bed home!) the details of this home were right on point in every way! We did take advantage of the special evening of a massage and the most creative and delicious dinner prepared by Charles. We were asked our favorites and did he delivered the best meal of the week. Most watering scallops with caramelized onions, an unbelievable salad you didn't want to touch, it was a 5 star salad from any restaurant, and the freshest haddock we've ever had... And last but not least was the death by chocolate cake..... All we can say....is it was better than our wedding cake and that was wonderful... So if you have a special event coming up in your life.......treat each other to at least a weekend at this little piece of paradise....you will not regret it We were so comfortable, we didn't even feel the need to head to the beach. We sat on the deck over looking the water, and when we needed to cool off, we just jumped in the hot tub... It was set to a perfect temperature so we could just relax.. Charles had thought of everything to make a stay at his piece of paradise so enjoyable and relaxing....you never want to leave...and as a jewelry designer (man of many talents...cooking and jewelry design and architect ) I never even had to leave the house to do a little shopping. We would like to thank you, Charles, for a very special week... See you on our anniversary. Best regards, Pamela and emile
