My family rented one side of this house (us and my parents and my sister and her family rented the other side. It was perfect! The front entryway has doors that open it each unit so we could easily go back and forth, yet still have the privacy of separate units. It has a very nice enclosed front porch, dishwasher (woo hoo! first time ever. We have been washing dishes by hand for as long as we have been renting at Hampton) and washer and dryer (washer/dryer/ dishwasher in this unit only). It has a good sized laundry room with windows all around that overlook the back yard, with a door that opens onto the deck/steps that lead to the back yard. Fans were provided in every bedroom. Not realizing this, we had brought a few of our own. We did use one of the extras on the porch - it brought a nice breeze into the living room thru to the kitchen. There are ceiling fans in both sections of the living room. The living room is split into two sections - there is a half wall between the two rooms. There is a couch and chair in both sections. Plenty of room to spread out. The fenced backyard with picnic tables and grills was wonderful. The location is fabulous - it's on a short one way street that loops around by the church, with very little traffic. What little traffic there was went by extremely slow since the house is on the corner (not right on Church Street, farther back on the street). We saw cranes in the bog & could hear crickets at night - so peaceful! We loved, loved, loved the neighborhood / area. We were a short walk to the strip, but far enough away that we could barely hear the sirens going. Master bedroom is large with a TV & big closet. Two other bedrooms: one with a double bed, dresser and closet, the third bedroom with two twin beds and a dresser. Having two bathrooms (full bath upstairs, half bath downstairs) was very much appreciated by all, especially my father who doesn't appreciate all the time teenaged girls spend in there getting beautiful for the beach). There is only one parking space for this unit, so we parked our vehicle in a lot out behind the Casino Ballroom. It was $75 for the week to park there and they were super nice. Our car was parked inside the garage and we could come and go as we pleased 24/7. We absolutely loved it here and hope to return to this house every year for as long as we can for our annual family Hampton trip! We highly recommend!! Thanks so much Jim and Diane! Can't wait to return
