I came up here for a retreat with 15 other people. The house was exactly as described - there were lots of beds for everyone to crash in downstairs, as well as several beds upstairs. The kitchen, dining room, and living room are all open plan, which makes the house very open and light. The house is not too far from Loon Mountain, where we went for cross country and downhill skiing. Ed was very responsive and helpful, and I'm sure would have responded promptly to any issues that arose. The house was very clean, and clearly well maintained.
A word of advice: Ed will tell you ahead of time that the water is hard and has a strong mineral taste, and to consider bringing bottled water. Make sure that you follow his advice - unless you are from the area, it is like no hard water you have ever tasted before (not in a good way). This was the only downside, and was easily solved.
