STUNNING LAKEFRONT PROPERTY!

5 of 5
We rented this house for a long summer weekend. It was a group of 10 people, and the property could not have been more perfect. Despite being on a very busy lake, this home is nestled on 5-10 acres and feels completely secluded from all the activity around it. The house itself was beautiful -- clean, really nicely decorated, and with more than enough space for our group. There was a gorgeous lawn behind it, probably half a mile long or so, that led down to a little beach, pretty gazebo, dock and fire pit. Plenty of room for lawn games, lounging, smores roasting, and any other summer activity that might strike your fancy. The house came stocked with awesome amenities -- wireless, kayaks, a canoe, towels, a brand new grill, kitchen supplies, ping pong in the barn in case of rain, etc. etc. It was also a GREAT place to have dogs, with so much room for them to run around and explore. Chris the owner was lovely and helped us get settled in quickly. Highly recommend this spot if you are looking for a peaceful place to spend a lazy summer week with friends or family!

COUNTRY CHARM, ALL THE CONVENIENCES.

5 of 5
Our professional association rented this home in lieu of staying at some resort because we wanted multiple meeting spaces, the ability to cook and continue to meet and some open air options. This home fit the bill. It was very clean, stocked with all the pots, pans, linens, pillows, blankets, spices you could want. Everything was comfortable, wood for a fire on a chilly evening, charcoal grill, lots of outdoor space to meet (the upper deck was our favorite). Lisa the caretaker was a great help checking in with us on Friday and back Sunday to make sure we were all set--but not to rush us out at all! There were even fresh herbs growing right outside the kitchen door, bug spray, a screened porch. We had some great meetings, had nice space to have smaller one-to-one conversations and took a walk. Our only complaint is that we didn't schedule enough time for a dip in the lake!! We would definitely rent this home again. You get more than space, you get the love and good energy as well.
