Family weekend away

5 of 5
We just returned from our long weekend in Conway. There were two couples, 3 children ranging from 5 months - 4 years old and 1 grandmother. This was our second visit to the farm, and it was just as spectacular as our first stay! Linda and Jay are amazing hosts and have created a sanctuary in the mountains for folks looking to escape the hustle and bustle of every day life! The farmhouse is so warm and inviting that it's impossible to not relax right away! The kids enjoyed playing in the yard, riding bikes/scooters and walking to the river! Linda and Jay even raked piles of leaves for the kids to jump in, and boy did they jump! It was my niece's 3rd bday and Linda truly helped us in making it a special day for her! The house was equipped with a cake, candle and decorations to boot! It is clear how much Linda and Jay love what they do and it shows in the beauty of the home and the warmth it wraps you in as soon as you enter its doors:-) Thank you Linda and Jay, we truly cannot wait to come back!

Just what a farmhouse should be

4 of 5
My husband and I rented this farmhouse to host a pre-wedding dinner party for our son and family members prior to their wedding at the Mt. Washington Hotel. The farmhouse was the perfect gathering place. We were easily able to accommodate 14 people for dinner with plenty of room for all. We really loved the privacy that the farmhouse provided at the end of a quiet lane, and especially enjoyed the hiking trail down to the river. The house is well equipped and we wanted for nothing. The house has a special charm and it is everything you would expect an old farmhouse to be; no frills but very relaxing.
