THis is my first time with a VRBO. In making my reservation I felt pressure from the booking agent to do the Rental Damage Protection and Travel Insurance. In making other travel reservations in the past I had not felt this. I yielded to his pressure but should not have. THis tactic should be addressed by your company. It gives me the feeling that you are out to make extra money wherever you can.
The listing description was accurate, especially in describing the view from the balcony. Location was accurate for our travel plans. It was very clean, well supplied with nice linens, as well as a well supplied kitchen. BEfore departure I received a very detailed and pleasant e-mail from the owner. While in the unit I called him with a question and he immediately responded. I would recommend the property to others.
I e-mailed the owner with this observation. When we arrived the dryer was so packed with sheets and towels we could hardly pull them out. When we did they were still wet but fortunately not moldy. We dried them again in smaller loads and folded them. Left them on a chair in the dining area. The owner said he would address the cleaning service regarding this observation.
We hiked the many trails of the White Mountains as well as the Franconia region. We so enjoyed the beauty of the New England area.
