Great Getaway Destination

5 of 5
My family and I have rented this house 2-3 times a year for long weekends and week long getaways over the past 5 years or so. We just love this place! The kitchen has all the necessities to cook your meals. The bedrooms are good size and easily fit a pack and play along with all your other belongings. The large back deck has a beautiful view to admire while you cookout on the grill or sip on your morning coffee. The house has a loft area on the third floor with a tv and board games for the family to take advantage of on a rainy day. It's close to the lake and other recreational destinations for the summer, with skiing and snow mobile trails easily accessible during winter time. There is also a great country store about 10 minutes away with homemade apple donuts and other treats. And don't forget to checkout the farm stand!

Simply amazing!!!!

5 of 5
The house was more beautiful inside and out than what the pictures show! It was immaculate, quite and felt like home. The owner, Tom, was nothing but helpful, resourceful and personable. The price, which was already beyond reasonable, was well worth it!! I stayed with my husband and our two kids, 2 & 4, and a few friends with another 2 yr old and we old loved it!! All in all, from booking, to writing this review, was enjoyable and easy. We will definitely be planning another amazing and peaceful getaway again and again at the house!!

Cathy

My family and I stayed here for two weeks this summer and loved it. The house was beautiful, comfortable, and the other people in the association were wonderful. The beach was awesome...so close and clean. Had the good fortune to have what was most likely the two best weeks of the summer. The only semi-negative thing I could say is about the sunken living room. There is about a foot drop from the kitchen to the living room. My grandson, who is 1 and just getting his legs, had a hard time with that. Of course he wanted to get up and down repeatedly. Thank goodness I brought a baby gate with me. I would rent this again or recommend this property to anyone.
