                Wonderful!!

                5 of 5
What an amazing and comfortable place! We spent a wonderful week at this beautiful home with my parents, five siblings & their spouses and six of the nine kids we have between us ages 7 - 20 (17 total). Everyone had a wonderful time – the kids were constantly in the water and when the rain hit we all played games and relaxed in the house. To borrow from Dan from NYC’s format, here is what we loved; - Sitting in the beautiful screened in porch – this provided a wonderful place for our dad to hang out as he was not able to get down to the dock. - The fully equipped kitchen – all the tools and utensils you could ever need. - Sitting at the huge dining room table which served multiple purposes among them having family dinners with a view to the beautiful sunsets (you are pretty much facing due west) and engaging in some heated games of Scrabble (or as we call it Squabble) - The beds which were really pretty comfortable! - The “toys” – especially the canoe and kayaks - The hot tub which got a lot of use - The great location with easy access to farm stands and grocery - Walking and kayaking around Black Cat Island My brother handled the communications with the owner and said he was really responsive and easy to work with through the entire process! I would only add that this is a really warm and comfortable place to spend a week and we are hoping to return next year!!!

                Best home at Winnipisaukee!

                5 of 5
This is the fourth time we stay at this home. In our mind, there is no other place to stay at the Lake. The owner is a delight to work with! The house is perfect for a family stay. It's warm and homey with lots of toys for the little ones to play with. There's also kayaks, tubes, a canoe, and plenty for the adults to use and play with and a compressor to blow up floats, etc.! There is a closed in porch that is perfect to spend mornings and evenings in to relax. The open floor plan makes it easy for everyone to be together while playing, cooking, or watching t.v. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need for cooking. There is a full sized washer and dryer and plenty of towels and linens. There is a family of ducks that come to visit every day. The beach is perfect for playing and getting in and out of the water even for little ones. There's a large yard and firepit which got well used to cook marshmallows! There are fresh blueberry bushes near the dock. The dock has a large area at the end that is perfect for fishing and relaxing.I can't say enough about how wonderful this home and owner are. It is also close to Hannaford's for groceries, a children's museum in Meredith, as well as restaurants, shops, and Dewey's Ice Cream - a definite trip every year. While there is much to do nearby, you really won't want to leave the house. It truly is a home away from home with everything you could possibly want or need for a perfect vacation! I would highly recommend this home to anyone who wants the best Lake vacation possible!

Great place for a NH fun filled vacation!

                5 of 5
My extended family (parents, cousins, siblings and spouses) spent a week at this property and had a great time. The owner is very easy to reach and answered all my questions. The houses are clean and have all the amenities listed. The porches are perfect for chilling and the beach is just a hop skip and a jump away. No need to drive it is right there! We played games on the front lawn and there was plenty of seating for us during meals. The screen porches are welcoming and relaxing. The bedrooms were nice and big. We are planning on coming back again next year because we had so much fun and everyone really loved the house! - Some fun things that we did were: Polar Caves, Squam Lake Nature Science center, Monkey Trunks, Drive-in theater and the West Rattlesnake Mt Eagle Cliff Train in Squam lake (I would recommend all the above as well :-))
