WONDERFUL HOME AT PAT'S PEAK

5 of 5
Our family of five had a wonderful stay during Commencement weekend at New England College. The house was immaculate with a well equipped kitchen, comfy beds and nice sunny living area. It is only 5 minutes from the college which made it convenient with our trips back and forth to campus. We will definitely be back next winter during ski season. I have already recommended the house to several friends.

COE AND ADA JOHNSON

5 of 5
We had a delightful week with our daughter's family (3 young grandsons) and her friends. Lots of water play and fishing. The kitchen is "rough" but owners said that was next on the list of projects. The lake is clean and quiet - wonderful for a young family.

PERFECT PLACE TO STAY

5 of 5
Before I even discuss the property, let me say that Roger and Sally are great hosts. They made our stay very comfortable and provided a warm home for us. If we had any questions, they always responded right away. The property itself is wonderful. There is a great room with a beautiful view of the lake. The large windows in the great room can be opened let in the fresh air and, in the evening, the loon calls. The house is nestled in the forest with trees providing shade over most of the property. Inside, Roger and Sally have provided everything you may need to make your stay relaxing. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, cookware, utensils, and even spices. The beds are comfortable with plenty of coverings and pillows. The whole place is decorated and well maintained. Back outdoors, is a boat dock on the lake and your choice of a canoe or small fishing boat with trolling motor. I highly recommend taking the fishing boat around the lake to see the loons and enjoy the water. Closer to the house is a grill and picnic table and a patio with table and chairs. The location is great with several small towns near by and Concord only 20 minutes away. Thank you Roger and Sally.
