Gorgeous estate home

5 of 5
this elegant property made us feel as if we were at our extended family's private retreat. Beautiful part of the lake, everything you could want for relaxation and recreation. My husband even caught a nice-sized bass for lunch! Close to town and to that irresistable Moulton's Farm! Huge rooms, everything tastefully decorated, we enjoyed the entire experience and plan to repeat it next year. The Kerness Familly

Perfection

5 of 5
August 2014 It was a glorious week at an amazing property. We've been on the lake all our lives and could not have had a better location for our family reunion. The loons, the eagles, the s'mores, kayaking, canoeing, boating and horseshoes were so much fun. They were attentive hosts - and the view...what can we say? Most sincerely, J & M from Hudson, NH

Fabulous family reunion location!

5 of 5
The house was just as lovely as it looked online. We especially liked the living room with glass sliding doors on 3 sides, and the secluded location. Everything was clean, with plenty of linens and an extremely well-equipped kitchen, ready for any kind of cooking. The owner was easily available by phone to answer questions. We had 3 generations for a family reunion. Younger folks stayed in their own area on the lower level, with older ones on the main floor. It's toddler-friendly-- there were gates to close off the deck while we grilled and hung out. The rooms were free of clutter for no worries on parents part. The grass lawn is level for games and play. Some of our favorite activities were kayaking to the conservation area on Stonedam Island, and gathering at the fire pit for some-mores. The beach was lovely and private, partly shady, so no worries about sunburned toddlers. We recommend this house highly for any groups!
