Fantastic property! Immaculate condition.

We had a great weekend and no where near enough time to even enjoy just the home itself. Lots of room for large groups. Nice family room. You can enjoy the Loon Mt. Club, we went up in the gondolas and there are all kinds of attractions in the Lincoln area for all ages and all seasons. Would definitely recommend this home and the owner responded very promptly to any questions we had.

Home away from home. Awesome!!!

This is a very special home and a prime choice for vacationing in NH. It is immaculately clean, well maintained and decorated tastefully to make the whole family feel very comfortable. Little details are taken care of to add charm and comfort in the home and garden. The best view of the Pemigawasset river is right in the backyard. The kids loved to explore the river and the sight and sounds of the river were just mesmorizing and awesome! The location is very central to lincoln/woodstock - a short drive to nature attractions and walking distance to "clarks trading house" which was a bonus!! Yet, the house is totally secluded and private. It was so lovely to come "home" at the end of the day to enjoy the river and relax. The kitchen has everything you need, there is a washer and dryer in a separate laundry room, and the living room is cozy for family time. There is a large dining room table, and beautiful large living room windows with a gorgeous unbelievable view over the river. We honestly felt so comfortable we felt at home. It was serene and majestic, unbelievably relaxing and refreshing. I highly recommend this well maintained home based on the cleanliness, comfort, charm, location, the beautiful river in the backyard (that most people would drive miles to see) and privacy. We miss it already!!
