Fabulous Home! Chic, Cozy and Clean!

5 of 5
We couldn't have asked for more! We were very excited when we came across this home rental on HomeAway and we are so thrilled that we were able to stay here during school vacation week. This home has a fully stocked/completely updated/renovated kitchen to cook in when we felt like eating in and there are plenty of restaurant choices close by for when we wanted to eat out! The bedrooms had a luxurious feel- with furnishings and linens reminiscent of when we stayed at Robert Redford's 5 Star Sundance Resort - Great attention to detail! Nancy was responsive during our booking process and she and her sister-in-law were only a phone call away (not that we needed anything!) during our stay. Between the downstairs 2 bedroom suite with living area and kitchen and the upstairs with 2 bedrooms and a 4 bedroom loft space, 2 Families can enjoy this home together. After a day of skiing, this was exactly the home we wanted to come back to, to with plenty of comfortable living room space to relax with a movie in front of the fireplace and enjoy the gorgeous view of Loon Mountain. Our kids enjoyed playing the Wii or watching their own movie, at the end of a long day of skiing. In a nutshell, this is a wonderful house to rent - you won't be disappointed and you won't want to leave.

Wonderful Condo and Great overall experience!

5 of 5
For Christmas we gave our entire family a vacation and we have been counting down until this weekend when we could do it on spring break when everyone was home. The whole crew (13 in all) had a great time! The place was wonderful. The 4 kids (8 and under) were immediately saying they never wanted to leave the great bunk room. It was nice to have the family all together with the guys playing pool and the girls catching up on the giant couch and fire going, but still enough room for everyone to have their own space when they needed. Even with how big it was, it was still so cozy and warm. We went to the pool and enjoyed the spa after a long day skiing. The kitchen is amazing and I have stayed in many high end hotels with a bathroom that doesn't come close to the master bath. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were very high end. Definitely recommend for a big group. I booked this because the reviews were so clear that this was a great place and I couldn't agree more now having stayed. We made lots of memories that we will have forever. Alan and Patty, (the property manager) couldn't have been nicer or more accomodating, we really had a great time! Thanks!

Awesome Group Getaway

5 of 5
I organized a group of 11 friends to go away for a ski weekend. We're all late twenties - early thirties. This place was fantastic. There was plenty of room for everyone to be really comfortable and hang out together. The pictures make the main living and dining areas smaller than they are, so I was pleasantly surprised. The house had everything we needed - board games, firewood, slow cooker, etc etc. We easily could've brought a few more people and still had no one on the floor. The only thing that would've really made it better would be if the hot tub was at the house. A couple of us didn't ski and spent most of the day at the Mountain Club on Loon with the included passes. The hot tub was outside with a view of the slopes. It was a bit crowded and parking wasn't easy (there was a tow truck in the middle of the road blocking off part of the lot...so make sure you put up the parking pass if you go). We also went to the ice castle, which was really cool (and cold...freezing cold). Much to do. Much fun was had. I would definitely go back. The owners were very helpful and the instructions were crystal clear and super informative. Plus, since no one was arriving on the day we were checking out, they said we could stay as long as we wanted that day as well! Amazing experience for sure.
