GREAT PLACE! GREAT WEEK! GREAT MEMORIES!

5 of 5
We were first time renters...just getting our feet wet and couldn't have asked for a better place to do so. The house was clean and sufficiently supplied with the every day items needed to run a household. It was literally a home away for home. The view was beautiful and could be seen through almost every window in the house. My family enjoyed many meals on the deck and many fires in the firepit by the water. Having the paddleboat and kayaks right outside the door was fantastic. We all enjoyed them. The beach was great for my young grandchildren. We were blessed with beautiful weather for the entire week, making our vacation a time we will always remember. The memories will last a life time.

Very enjoyable family reunion

4 of 5
We were looking for a low key house for a small family reunion and this was perfect, very easy to be there with lots of kids in bathing suits. It’s just what they said, an old school summer camp that is kept clean and kept up. What surprised me was how beautiful the views were as it sits right on the lake. There were stairs down to the dock which I was not sure about but ended up loving as it added an extra level of safety. We had a great time and the day it rained, there was lots to do in Meredith.

Total Luxury & Comfort

5 of 5
1st let me say that the photos & description of this home don't do it justice. It was ahhh-mazing! Very clean, very upscale, very comfortable. I'm a cook & I absolutely loved the kitchen. Beautiful cabinetry, appliances, and countertops. It's massive - usually I don't like anyone in the kitchen when I'm cooking but there was plenty of room for quite a few of us to be in there at one time without bumping into each other. The master suite has to be seen to be believed. It was the size of the whole main level of our house and our house isn't small! 4 skylights in the very high ceiling, a wall of windows, 2 ceiling fans, several pcs of furniture & still plenty of open space. The master bath was beyond spacious. Plenty of closet space. Washer and dryer. The lower level has 3 bedrooms, a full bath, and a living room area. Washer & dryer. My husband & I are were able to have complete privacy in the upstairs Master Suite while the young family with young children who traveled with us had their own space downstairs. We weren't able to hear any noise from them when we were upstairs. The main level (2nd floor) is very light & airy. Kitchen, dining room, and living room are all open. There is a half bath on this level. High ceilings and 2 sets of French doors that open onto the deck. The deck contains a big, beautiful hot tub, a stainless steel grill/smoker combo, and plenty of seating. I spent a lot of time on the deck. The view of the trees and the lake was fantastic. Very peaceful. Every evening we would hear a screechy sound coming from the trees. By the end of our trip, we finally figured out that it was a baby Barred Owl. There are only a couple minor things that I would change: I would add a garbage disposal to the gourmet kitchen. Also, the kitchen tap water didn't get very hot. The water for the shower was just fine. Lastly, I'm super picking about my bedding. The 1st night wasn't great because of a squeaky waterproof mattress protector and sheets that didn't stay on the bed. A quick trip to Kohl's the next day solved that problem & I was fine the rest of the week. There's a small mall within spitting distance. Shaw's grocery store, Dunkin' Donuts, Chinese Buffet, pizza place, Radio Shack, etc. It takes no time at all to get the the highways to go to Tilton, Laconia, Weirs Beach & so on. Would I stay here again? Without a doubt! I'm considering booking it for a week in the winter just because I know it would be beautiful with snow
