                              Even More Beautiful Than Photos!

Our first time visiting NH's Lakes Region was wonderful because of this lovely home and its owners. Photos don't do justice to this meticulously kept place! We finally arrived after a long drive and our jaws dropped after opening the front door and seeing the place in person. We were so impressed! Big windows made for breathtaking lake views...so close to the waters edge gave it a houseboat feel. Spacious floorplan, extremely clean and well kept. Gorgeous kitchen equipped new appliances and every gadget you can think of down to the toothpicks! Weber grill, patio set, adirondack chairs on private deck. Elegant furnishings and lighting...so relaxing after a day of sightseeing. These fussy sleepers loved the pillows and mattresses! Slept like babies! Vanity in master bedroom. Absolutely loved the washer and dryer in large bathroom closet. So convenient! First vacation that we brought all clean clothes home. Grounds are extremely well-kept. Manicured lawn, pretty gardens with our little chipmunk pal coming out every now and then. Dock with steps leading to clear lake water made for refreshing swims. Owners gave us utmost privacy yet were always available to answer questions or give sightseeing advice and dining recommendations. Located on quiet street yet easy to get to. Close drive to the supermarket, Winnesquam Marina, deli, diner, outlet stores, etc. Felt very comfortable and safe in area. I wasn't afraid to run errands by myself which can happen with a first-time visit. I could go on and on singing my praises. We had such a great time that we didn't want to leave! We were invited back for next summer and can't wait to go again!

Can't wait to come back next year!

                              5 of 5
My family and I just spent a week at this lovely property and plan to return next year. The house was spacious, and generously accommodated our party of eight. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the convenience of not having to supply our own linens and towels was very much appreciated. The house is situated on the channel between the upper and lower parts of Lake Winnisquam; this means you will not get the vast, sweeping views of the lake that you might enjoy at some other properties. What you will enjoy in exchange, however, is a quiet, “no-wake” zone, close proximity to the marina for recreational water craft rentals, a super-short drive to outlet shopping, and walking distance to restaurants, ice cream and Pirates Cove. For a family with young children, this was a wonderful bonus! My favorite part of this vacation getaway was the private patio atop the boat house: the perfect place to enjoy sunrise, sunset and just about the whole day in between! Thank you, Marie, for sharing your wonderful summer home with us.

                              Very enjoyable family reunion

                              4 of 5
We were looking for a low key house for a small family reunion and this was perfect, very easy to be there with lots of kids in bathing suits. It’s just what they said, an old school summer camp that is kept clean and kept up. What surprised me was how beautiful the views were as it sits right on the lake. There were stairs down to the dock which I was not sure about but ended up loving as it added an extra level of safety. We had a great time and the day it rained, there was lots to do in Meredith.
