A Quiet Time at the Beach

5 of 5
Kathy is great to work with. She gives you all the information that you could possible need for your stay. The home is a warm and cozy beach house with a beautiful view of the ocean. Also very clean. The road is very quiet as well as the neighborhood. We found the best restaurant to eat at. Flatbreads, we would highly recommend it and were disappointed to find out that there was not one back home in Oklahoma. I would recommend the beach house to anyone looking for a great view, quiet time and also very central to be able to get up and down the coast for day trips.

Best of both Worlds!

Overall the cottage was a fantastic place to stay! Very quiet although very close to Hampton Beach as well. The best of both worlds! Our family thoroughly enjoyed the stay and will be coming back for sure! Tim Michitson

Immaculate property, perfect view and wonderful family of owners. Great location on North Beach, if you want to be away from the chaos of the main beach, enjoy the little towns along the shore and close enough to Boston and vineyards, antiquing, etc. Every convenience thought of, and workable for larger families or having guests, entertaining on the deck, BBQs, etc. Beach is directly across the street, and it is wonderful to have dedicated parking at the house. Only caution we would advise is that beach is rocky at highest tide---but great waves in that locale for surfers, boarders! We happened to be there during a very hot week and only downstairs was air-conditioned at that time. Might inquire about that if you are sensitive to heat. Although most NH is not airconditioned, anyway. Beautiful breezes off water. Enjoy the sunset with a cocktail on the wall!
