RELAXING STAY AT A GREAT PLACE AND LOCATION

5 of 5
We enjoyed our stay at LakeHaven. We were able to fish off the shore and caught some Rainbow Trout. We also rented an ATV and rode in the woods one day for a great time. Sitting around the fire pit was an excellent way to spend the evening after dinner. All around a nice place to stay.

WISH I COULD WAKE UP TO THAT VIEW EVERY MORNING

5 of 5
I have been coming to Pittsburg ever since I was a kid, +/- the last 30 years, and have continued this tradition with my kids. I can honestly say this is the best place I have stayed in all those years. Location is fantastic, at the end of a dirt road, privacy on all sides and no view of any structures from the property… even across the lake. Yard was well maintained and big enough for all my kids to run around playing wiffle ball and frisbee. The use of canoe and kayaks was an added bonus and got us out on the lake multiple times daily. Next time I will probably rent the skiff as well. Swimming on the property was excellent as well, although a bit cold this early in the summer. The house was amazing. I actually played a trick on the kids telling them that I couldn't get as good of a cabin as I have been able in years past... so they were shocked when we opened the doors. Great kitchen with everything you will need besides food, and plenty of seating. Master bedroom was very comfortable and great private bath. I spent a lot of my time sitting on the porch enjoying the unbelievable view, sunshine, and the frequent loon visit. What was really great was the downstairs... especially for kids. Big flat screen TV with HD allowed the kids to decompress after hiking or swimming. Comfortable couch and WIFI access was excellent as well. Just having this provided me and the wife a little extra peace and quiet. On top of all of this, Pamela was excellent to deal with. This was my first time renting a home from someone and I don't think I could have had a better first experience. We have talked multiple times before and after our stay and she has been great throughout the whole process. I hope to come back next year! Thanks for sharing your home with us!

PRISTINE CHALET IN BEAUTIFUL ERROL, NH MTN AREA

5 of 5
I scoured the internet for the perfect rental in the Errol area and upon first glance of this chalet's pics, long-list of accommodations, and top reviews, I immediately knew this was the place to book for an outdoor getaway. I could go on and on, but the bottom line is this chalet is without question even better in person. We knew it was going to be nice but it's even more impressive in person as the layout is even more spacious throughout, including the second floor game area. Regarding the latter, for example, I pictured a smaller half loft and wondered how many game tables and other items could fit up there, but it's actually extremely spacious and therefore is decked out like no other cabin or chalet we've rented in the past. The place is maintained in immaculate condition and it's obvious the owner takes great pride in maintaining to the highest of standards. And lastly, the owner goes the extra mile in all aspects from excellent communications (highly responsive!) to ensuring our stay was perfect. On our arrival day we encountered a bad snow/ice storm and he contacted right away to ensure we made it safely. (As highlighted by others, 4WD or AWD is a good idea as the road leading up to the chalet gets slick when initially ice/snow covered, however, the road crew does a good/fast job clearing and sanding for traction.) Our group looks forward to the next opportunity for staying at this chalet and embarking in more outdoor getaways; also, I'd like to bring my wife up there for a romantic getaway as the chalet nestled in a mountain backdrop w/ incredible views makes for a spectacular setting.
