Perfect place to unwind from every day life!

5 of 5
**So many great things to say about this property!! *beautiful view of the lake *great screened in porch to relax and appreciate the view- flash flood or shine! *quiet neighbors *nice extras like full sized washer and dryer, microwave, coffee maker/kitchen basics, nice bbq *free WiFi **The owner was great, from the day I requested info about renting until the day we left! *responded quickly *sent excellent directions to locate the property *recommended good places to eat and shop *had ( after hours) tech in after a storm took out the WiFi so we could finish up a work project that needed to be completed *even gave me a credit for the day/hassle we went w/o WiFi- even though he took care of it as soon as I contacted him My only dislike were the beds in the 2nd bedroom- I took my retired mother so I gave her the master bedroom and I took the 2nd. Im sure it's great for kids but I prefer a comfier mattress. All in all- GREAT location, GREAT vacation! Can't wait to go back! Thanks Chip!

Excellent Property! Would definitely visit again.

This property is exactly as described. It was perfect for kids. The complex has plenty of open space for playing and activities. Great pool kept the kids busy and they had the lake as an alternative. Other residents of the complex were super friendly and the owner was organized and covered every aspect of the stay. Would highly recommend this unit for vacation.

August vacation at Winnipesaukee

5 of 5
The property was in a great location for the western shores of Winnipesaukee. The condo was very clean and comfortable, with great facilities for a family with elementary/teenage children including TV/DVD, internet, outside deck/screen porch, grill. Not really suitable for toddlers due to multi-level with a lot of stairs. Complex was well kept, very quiet, great aspect above the lake. Great pool, access to the lake with swimming and docks (although the beach was not really suitable for sandcastles etc), tennis courts and full court basketball. Ellacoya state park only 1/4 mile away with fantastic, shallow beach great for young children. Also a perfect location for Timberman triathlon festival. Easy drive to Laconia, Storyland, Squam Lakes Natural Science Center, Weirs beach, Meredith.
