Perfect location for NH exploring!

5 of 5
Our family of 5 spent almost a week at this lovely home and it perfectly suited our needs. The house was immaculate, such a pleasure to walk into. We spent many days out hiking and exploring (Lost River, Flume, Loon Mountain zip lines, Mt Washington cog railroad) and this location was a great central spot. We also had a few days of just hanging out, the swimming hole up the street was a delightful treat…as my husband said..it was lucky we didn't take the kids until we had been there for a few days or else all our time would have been spent there! Kitchen was perfect (and well equipped) for some home cooked meals and we rented movies in Littleton for quiet evenings in (after visiting Chutters…longest candy counter in the world!) We would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a beautiful spot in the NH mountains. Thanks to Carole for making it so easy and answering all questions quickly via email and phone.

A great quiet getaway!

5 of 5
We stayed there at the end of August and had a wonderful time! It met the needs of the whole family. My boys enjoyed fishing, catching turtles and frogs and seeing the otters! We adults were able to hang back, listen to the ball game on the radio and just relax. This was just what we needed. It was so secluded and so quiet, we felt like the only ones around. We didn't swim in the pond as that end was filled with lily pads and weeds but no one seemed to mind. It was probably our best family vacation so far!
