                        Peaceful vacation!

                        5 of 5
We loved the cottage, my favorite place was the porch, to wake up and have my coffee out there enjoying the lake. It was very relaxing.

                        Country Charm, All the Conveniences.

                        5 of 5
Our professional association rented this home in lieu of staying at some resort because we wanted multiple meeting spaces, the ability to cook and continue to meet and some open air options. This home fit the bill. It was very clean, stocked with all the pots, pans, linens, pillows, blankets, spices you could want. Everything was comfortable, wood for a fire on a chilly evening, charcoal grill, lots of outdoor space to meet (the upper deck was our favorite). Lisa the caretaker was a great help checking in with us on Friday and back Sunday to make sure we were all set--but not to rush us out at all! There were even fresh herbs growing right outside the kitchen door, bug spray, a screened porch. We had some great meetings, had nice space to have smaller one-to-one conversations and took a walk. Our only complaint is that we didn't schedule enough time for a dip in the lake!! We would definitely rent this home again. You get more than space, you get the love and good energy as well.

A Cozy and Natural Setting- lovely!

                        4 of 5
Birchbrook became our home away from home for 4 nights this past September when my family, including a 9 month old baby, came to NH for a local wedding. There was plenty of room for the 7 of us. More could probably fit comfortably. We loved the house, the scenery, the pier, the beach and only wished we had more time to enjoy it. The enormous deck has seating all around to enjoy the flora and fauna, including a babbling brook right out back. We spent a lot of time on the deck enjoying sights & sounds of Fall in New England. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, and a large dining room table with skylights above. The home was clean, well organized, quite comfortable and close to town amenities. We would come back in a heartbeat!
