DITTO!

5 of 5
In reading the other reviews- I can totally agree with everything everyone else has written! Beautiful home, lovely quiet spot- I even saw the reflection of the stars on the cove at night! The home was warm when it got cold and the porch was fabulous on the warm days!Tea with Eleanor was a treat- as was the Eagle Hill Bog walk! We saw whales off the banks of the lighthouse. You can't go wrong with the place!

Awesome September visit

5 of 5
What a wonderful week with great friends! So much to do. Whale watch tour in Saint Andrews, reversing falls in Saint John, Hopewell Rocks, and Fundy Trail. Great place to really enjoy the Bay of Fundy. Loved coming back to our house each day. It is roomy, wonderfully clean, and a great kitchen to celebrate with an awesome seafood feast House sits up on a hill with great view of the bay, with steps down to a large, rocky beach. Our first day there we picked up a dinner of fresh mussels at low tide. You HAVE to have a car here, there is nothing within walking distance, at least in September when the nearby New River Beach park is closed. We are 3 couples who do a lot of traveling and usually rent thru VRBO. We were all very pleased when we walked into the house. It was one of the few houses we have rented that actually was nicer than the photos. A couple of (small) criticisms: the house could use an instruction sheet (we had to blunder upon the wifi, could not get tvs to work properly) there is a minimum of washcloths, the shower in the master bathroom is tiny despite the bathroom being very large and it is a fairly long drive to get to all the amazing things to see here (but it is centrally located to the things mentioned earlier) None of that is to say we would not hesitate to rent this house again in the future. Be sure to visit McKay's on 175 for incredible wild blueberry pies, and if you are looking for fine dining try the Rossmount Inn near St. Andrews. It is a long drive to Hopewell Rocks, but worth it.

Upon arrival we had to admire the decor (interior). Also, everything you needed was well explained in document supplied. The scenery and the privacey was very rewarding. Two words decribes this residence very well, relaxation and privacey!! thx..............Chris & Edna , Moncton, N.B.
